Episode 341: Jeremiah 16

Today's Prayer Meditation is on Jeremiah 16

Father, you are my protector. In you I have peace. You shower me with your unfailing love and mercy. I do not stubbornly follow my own desires, but I listen to your words and follow your directions. 

Nothing is hidden from you, Father. My sins were exposed before your eyes. But you have forgiven me for all of my sins and wrongdoing. You restored my soul. You brought me into your land of promise. 

You are my strength and fortress, my sanctuary in times of trouble. Nations from around the world will come to you and say, “Our ancestors left us a foolish heritage, for they worshiped worthless idols." People cannot make their own gods. They aren't real gods at all. They are lifeless and powerless idols.

Show them your power, Father. Show them your might. Then they will know and understand that you are the Lord.

So be it.
