Episode 144: Psalm 121

Today's meditation is from Psalm 121

I look up to the mountains, but that is not where my strength comes from. My strength and my help come from you alone, God, the Creator who made the heavens, the earth and the mountains. 

You will guard and guide me, never letting me stumble, slip or fall. You are my keeper. You are always watching out for me. You never doze off or sleep. You'll never forget or ignore me.

You are my guardian. You care for me. You are my defender. You're always right at my side to shelter me safely in your presence. You protect me from danger both day and night. 

You guard me from every form of evil or calamity as you continuously watch over me. You preserve my life. You watch over me as I come and as I go. You guard me now. You guard me always. You will protect me forever.
