Day 74: Deuteronomy 11-13

 

Today on Meditating the Word, Moses tells of the blessings of loving God; One place of worship; and warnings about worshiping other gods. 

This is Day 73. Today we are reading Deuteronomy 11-13

Father God, Just as the Children of Israel were warned about deception, and about the influence of others, we know we need to be on guard today. While we still have to live in the world, we know how important it is to make sure our environment is Godly, and that we surround ourselves with other believers. We live in the world, but are not of the world. Give us discernment, Father, so we are not deceived and led astray. May we hear your voice, and do what is right in your eyes. In Jesus' name we pray.  Amen.
