This is Day 298. We are reading Luke 10

Father God, thank You for the authority You have given us to do the works of Jesus in the earth. And don't let us forget that sometimes those works are seemingly simple things... like showing kindness and mercy -- even to the unlovable, even to those who we don't think deserve it. We didn't deserve Your mercy, yet, You poured it out on us abundantly and our names are written in heaven. And help us to not get caught up in the day-to-day distractions, but to always make time to sit at Your feet and learn more from Your Word. Thank You for this time together, Father. Bless everyone who is listening and give them Your peace. Amen
