Day 207: Isaiah 40-43

Today on Meditating the Word, God comforts his people, Israel is assured of God's help, Israel's disobedience, prophecies of the Lord, the Redeemer.

This is Day 207. Today we are reading Isaiah 40-43

Father God, Thank you for the words of the prophet Isaiah. What amazing promises. Hints of the coming Messiah. You give power to the weak. You renew our strength so that we mount up like eagles. We have nothing to fear, because you are our God. You have redeemed us. You have called us by name and we are yours. We don't consider the past, the things of old, because you are doing a new thing. You make a way where there was no way. Thank You, Father, for choosing us. Amen
