Today on Meditating the Word, Judah and Israel join to fight the Syrians, , Micaiah prophesies against Ahab, Ahab is defeated and killed in battle and his son Ahaziah reigns over Israel.

This is Day 180. Today we are reading 1st Kings 22 and 2nd Chronicles 18

Father God, help us to be bold and unafraid, like Micaiah, and speak only Your Word. It is so easy to back down from the truth when we face opposition -- even when looking at our circumstances when they don't line up with Your Word. Put a guard over our mouths. Help us to speak only the truth. Your Word is truth.  Amen
