Day 171: Ecclesiastes 7-12

Today on Meditating the Word, Solomon compares Wisdom and Folly, and discusses the inequities of life, obedience to rulers, accepting life as it comes, observations of wisdom, the value of diligence, youth and old age and advice to the young.

This is Day 171. Today we will finish reading the book of Ecclesiastes.

Father God, it all boils down to walking in Your Word, in Your truth. Nothing we can accomplish on this earth is worth a thing, unless it is according to Your purpose. But You have given us life to live and to enjoy, to worship and to serve You, and to do good. Obeying You is our whole duty. Help us fulfill this duty with joy and grace. Amen
