Today on Meditating the Word, Solomon offers a prayer of dedication, the temple is dedicated, the Lord appears to Solomon and we pray Psalm 136.

This is Day 165. Today we are reading 2 Chronicles 6 & 7 and Psalm 136

Father God, your lovingkindness does endure forever, and we give thanks to you, Father. Just as the Psalmist rehearsed all of the victories and blessings, everything that you had done for Israel, we rehearse the victories and blessings and everything you have done for us. We give thanks to you, Father, for you are good. Amen
