Today on Meditating the Word, we pray a prayer of the afflicted and psalms by David.

This is Day 120. Today we are reading from The Book of Psalms Chapters 102-104

Father God, I praise you with everything that is in me. You have forgiven my sins, you have provided healing for my body and soul. You renewed my life with your lovingkindness and tender mercy. You have renewed my youth like an eagle. Thank you that I don't get what I deserve. You don't hold anything against me. My sins are as far from you as the east is from the west. I will praise you as long as I have breath. Thank you, Father. Amen
