Day 118: Psalm 81, 88, 92 and 93

Today on Meditating the Word, we read various Psalms from Asaph, the Sons of Korah and other Psalmists, a song for the Sabbath Day.

This is Day 118. Today we are reading from the Book of Psalms, Chapters 81, 88, 92 and 93

Father God, like the Psalmists, I praise you. I praise you in all things. When things are going my way, I praise you. When I face difficulty, I praise you. When I am on top of the world, I praise you. When I am in the deepest depth of darkness, I praise you. I know that when I praise you, things change, my soul is lifted up, and my circumstances are transformed by praise. Thank you, Father, for the examples of praise you have give us. Amen
