Day 113: 1 Chronicles 1-2

Today on Meditating the Word, we review the geneology from Adam to Abraham and the descendants of Abraham, the sons of Israel and the descendants of Judah.

This is Day 113. Today we are reading 1st Chronicles 1 and 2

Father God, we know following the geneology of your people is important. In it, we see the way a path was made for Jesus to enter into the earth as our Savior. We see the brokenness of humanity, and your ability to use us, even in that brokenness. Thank you, Father, for your patience and your mercy and your steadfast love. You didn't give up on us, but did whatever it took through the centuries to bring us back into right relationship with you. Thank you, Father. Amen.
